Borrower Application
When completed, this application goes directly to our underwriters, who evaluate your responses to determine if you can afford the financial payments based on your current living income and expenses.
Once you complete this application, the underwriter will email you requesting various information. You must get what the underwriter needs as quickly as possible.
On average, it takes 1-2 weeks to get an answer from the underwriter telling you if you've been approved.
The Borrower Application fee is $295, which can be paid at closing or rolled into your loan.
